Just had the most incredible experience at Robbins propane between Castroville and Hondo Texas. We have used them so many times in the past and have never been disappointed. Will pick them over tractor supply any day because of the amazing customer service and the fact that there is always somebody available to fill your propane tanks with a smile!!! During the winter snap, these folks saved my bacon! It was colder than South Texans are used to but they stepped up AND at the best price around. When everyone else was out of propane, these folks kept running and filling tanks with a smile on their faces. Thank you all for your hard work.

Great experience. Always honest about the ability to service us the same day or not. Offers the best prices available. Small company has benefits and drawbacks. Get personal, honest information and service, but since it's just a couple of people you may have to wait an extra day every once in awhile. I don't mind the trade off. At least I know what to expect..

Service with a smile. Deliveries were always "on time". I've had bad experiences with 2 of the "larger" companies so I'm happy with Mrs. Robbins and her family.

My experience with this company was very positive. They were very customer oriented and approachable each time I called. We were building a new house and had technical questions. We had several questions and had to call a few times. Each time they were very helpful and courteous. I never felt that I was an imposition. We originally wanted an underground tank and received a very timely bid for this. Our building circumstances changed so we had to go to an above ground tank. When we called to let them know with short notice it was no problem. Kylee is very knowledgeable and had out tank delivered and installed on the day he said he would. The whole process was smooth and seamless. This was one part of our building experience that was actually pleasant. The bid price we received was extremely fair and competitive. We will be a long time customer. It is nice to work with a company that knows their product, is courteous, does what they say they will do and offers it at a fair price.

Stopped by to refill the propane tank on our rental RV. The owner came right out and was very friendly!! Would stop here again next time were travelling this way.

I was met at the bottle filling station by two young ladies who were very polite very helpful. They filled my bong and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. The gas was much cheaper than I expected so I would rate this a nine out of five stars. Good old hometown service you cant ask for anything better!!!

Omg, this business is a lifesaver. Even with no electricity, they brought out their propane trucks in order to take care of their customers. Small country values at their finest!

Barbara is such an amazing woman and business owner! I've never met her before and under these dire circumstances I had the pleasure of doing business with her. Due to the inclement weather and having to use propane to heat our rv so my kids aren't sleeping cold, our tanks were running emptyr. Searching high and low, a neighbor mentioned this place and thanks to the almighty God, she was open and had propane! She too had power outages but managed to take my credit card so I could pay her! She said she wouldn't let me Leave without gas! Even if I had to come back and pay her! Truly amazing and I wish her nothing but blessings! Stay local, fill your tanks here instead of switching them out at the local big names stores!!!! We will definitely be back and making sure we spread the word to fill your tanks here!!!! Absolutely AMAZING customer service! We got our propane delivered the same day we called the office & ordered it! This was our first time using Robbins Propane, we were using another "bigger" propane company and more than once we ended up unhappy & with no hot water for at least a week. We are beyond happy!

We called them today for propane and they delivered today! Now that's great service! We will definitely keep using Robbins Propane from now on.
